Ceramic Powder

Ceramic Powder Manufacturer & Supplier

We are engaged in offering a broad array of high-quality Ceramic Powder. Multicomponent liquid solutions are sprayed into a cold liquid to freeze the droplets, then removed from the liquid and sublimed to produce ceramic powders. Ceramic powder comprises ceramic particles and additives that make it easier to work with while fabricating components. A binding agent keeps the powder together after compaction, and a release agent makes it easy to remove a compacted component from the compaction die. The particle size and size distribution, the particle composition, the quantity and composition of die releasing agent, the amount and composition of binder, and the kind and amount of contamination are all essential aspects and attributes of ceramic powder.

The size distribution of ceramic particles is usually constant. Size separation can be done using optimized centrifugal casting methods for suspensions that are well-stabilized and less concentrated. A continuous pore-gradient structure can be created after the size separation is ensured.

The pore architectures that result will resemble the random packing patterns found in virtually monosized spheres. Massive particles generate large pores on the sediment’s bottom layer, whereas tiny particles from small pores on the sediment’s top layer. This pore-gradient arrangement is similar to an asymmetric membrane, which is commonly used infiltration. The thin top layer determines whether or not an asymmetric membrane is resistant to mass transfer.

Ceramic Powder Uses

  • Ceramics are used in a wide variety of industrial applications to aid in manufacturing metals, chemicals, mechanical components, and energy.
  • The properties that make these materials desirable in these fields are primarily resistance to wear and corrosion, hardness, chemical assault, thermal and electrical insulation, and their resilience to high temperatures and compressive strength.
  • Abrasive ceramics are frequently used in polishing, grinding, and finishing activities and the fabrication of exact parts. They are available in powdered form, grain form, beads form, and wheel form.
  • Refractories are used in the iron and steel industry as linings for metal melting furnaces, ladles for holding, transporting, and pouring molten metal, and pipelines for removing hot gases. Additional equipment required to handle molten metals, such as hooks and sleeves, are built of refractory materials.
  • Refractories are the largest product category. Refractories are materials that can tolerate operating temperatures of 1,000°C or higher.
  • Main applications in ceramic industry

  • High-temperature processing
  • Filtration and separation media
  • Pipes and other parts for fluid processing
