A Dustless Blasting Machine is also called a Vacuum Blasting Machine. This machine is eco-friendly because it collects all the dust through a vacuum pump. Through the Dustless Blasting Machine, we can do open blasting and the environmental pollution caused by dust will not happen because it’s dustless blasting. The performance of this type of blasting machine is further enhanced by its abrasive media recycling feature. Due to this quality, this machine can be used for many industries and it is also used in those places where blasting has to be done without polluting the environment.

It has Castor Wheels and lifting lugs so we can move this machine from one place to another place easily. We use Reclaimer to filter the abrasive media from big particles to fine dust. For the Abrasive Media like Steel Shots, Quartz Sand, and Glass Beads Recovery, we install a 10 HP vacuum pump with Reverse Pulse Jet Dust Collector. In this machine, we can fill the media using two ways, primarily by filling the media in the hopper by itself and Secondary by vacuum gun as this gun pulls the media and emits it into the reclaimer where the heavy particles go into the hopper, thereby loading the abrasive media in the hopper. This machine gives very high performance without polluting the environment and as a leading Shot Blasting Machine Manufacturer, we provide our customers the most affordable Dustless Blasting Machine Price in India.
Manufacturing Process of Dustless Blasting Machine
There are two types of Dustless Blasting Machines, first Vacuum Suction Blasting Machine and Vacuum Pressure Blasting Machine. We will see here about the design of the Vacuum Suction Blasting Machine. First of all, we make the structure of the platform, whose thickness is 5 mm, width is 4 inches and length is 71 inches. On top of that, we apply a 3 mm thick checkered sheet. 10 mm thick 150 mm * 150 mm plates are installed at the four corners under the platform on which the wheels are attached. We make almost all the parts of the Dustless Blasting Equipment by MS Sheet, which is very strong.
To make all the components, we cut the rectangular MS sheet with a laser cut machine and bent it with a banding machine. After that grinding, polishing, and painting of those parts are done. Then all these components are welded by ARC Welding. After that, we put two rods in the middle of the structure, on which we put an electric motor and a vacuum pump, and we connected both of them with a rubber belt. After that, we put the cabinet of the dust collector on the right side of the vacuum pump from two rectangular rods. Inside the dust collector, we put a Fabric Bag and Pleated Cartridge Filters.
The efficiency of pleated filters is 90 to 95 percent. Near the dust collector, we put a small pressure tank, on which we put a solenoid valve and a sequential timer, which throws air inside at a fixed time, due to which the dust comes into the dust tray. After that, we make a Sand Blasting Hopper and reclaimer. We attach the hopper at the bottom of the reclaimer. After installing all the components on the platform, air connection is made through a blue PU tube which is connected to the air compressor. We do the connection of air in two places, first in the pressure tank which is located near the dust collector, and secondly where the ball valve is installed near the hopper.
After that, the PU tubes are connected through FR (Filter and regulator) to the vacuum gun where the Butterfly valve is installed. We connect the vacuum pump to the dust collector through a metal pipe. The dust collector is connected to the reclaimer through a flexible hose and after that, the flexible hose is connected to the reclaimer in the vacuum gun. The vacuum gun has three connections, the first blasting hose, the second air from the PU tube, and the third recovery hose. After doing all these three connections, we put a nylon brush under the gun so that the abrasive media does not blow out.
We also supply Blasting Helmets, Safety Kits, Blast Room, and Other Equipment. As a leading Sand Blasting Machine Manufacturer, we offer dustless blasting machines for sale also we manufacture and design durable and high-performance Dustless Blasting Machine and other Blasting Machine and Cabinet like Sand Blasting Machine, Grit Blasting Machine, Suction Blasting Cabinet, Pressure Blasting Cabinet, etc.
Dustless Blasting Machine Working
These are the steps of How a Dustless Blasting Machine Works:-
- First of all, we choose the right media according to the surface of the metal which we want to blast with.
- Then we start the Vacuum Pump and Air Compressor and Load the abrasive media in the hopper by vacuum gun and manually.
- After that open the ball valve and butterfly valve, As soon as the butterfly valve is turned on, suction is generated in the gun, which draws the abrasive media and, together with the air, rapidly exits through the sand blasting nozzle and starts blasting.
- The media that falls after blasting is pulled out by the vacuum of the recovery hose and put that media into the reclaimer.
- The unusable media inside the reclaimer, that is the heavy media, goes down to the hopper, and the fine dust goes to the dust collector.
- The pressure tank on the dust collector is fitted with a solenoid valve and sequential timer, in which we set a time of 30 seconds or 60 sec, so that it blows air into the dust collector every 30 seconds, because of that the dust that sticks to the pleated filter will fall and get assembled in the dust tray.
